AkzoNobel Co., Ltd. developed a photosensitive coating composition in December 2003, which can be used for surface coatings that can be quickly processed after thermal aging at room temperature. The photosensitive coating composition comprises a catalyst in the form of (a) a compound containing an activated unsaturated group, (b) a compound containing an activated CH group such as an oligomeric or polymerized malonate compound and/or a compound containing an acetoacetate group, (c) one or more Lewis bases or Bronsted bases (the pKa of the conjugated acid of the latter is at least 10, such as 1,8-diazabicyclo [5.4.0] undecano-7-ene), And (d) photosensitive initiator, wherein the photosensitive initiator is photolatent alkali.
